Darcie has been working at Bailey and Sons since September 2018. Starting when she was only 16, Darcie has learned closely from Charlotte over the last 5 years and has become a highly experienced and irreplaceable member of our team. Darcie completed her JET 1 in 2019, which expanded her jewellery knowledge even further, to which she calls upon when helping our customers through their bespoke journey and important purchases.

Darcie lends her expertise to designing the most beautiful bespoke jewellery – and whilst she is exceptional and creating all different styles and catering to a variety of different tastes, she is particularly specialised in the delicate, intricate, and dainty jewellery pieces.

Darcie also has a vast portfolio of incredibly designed Engagement and Wedding rings and loves a to put a modern twist on some of these well-known classic styles. Darcie is very much up to date with the latest jewellery and fashion trends and calls upon this knowledge when designing jewellery with our customers.

Ciara is the newest to join our team at Bailey & Sons, starting with us in January 2024. Ciara has gained vast experience within customer-focussed sales and retail and her interest in the Jewellery industry was realised whilst working with the Signet Jewellers group. Ciara’s interest in Jewellery has developed over time to become a fascination with gorgeous Gemstones (especially royal blue Sapphires!) and understanding jewellery on a structural and design level. Bringing this new-found fascination into her new role at Baileys, Ciara has been learning how we design and then create our special Bespoke pieces.

Miles Hewitt

Miles joined the family business in 2013, learning closely from his father, Nigel Hewitt. Over the last decade Miles has mastered his skill as our in-house watch technician and he also beautifully repairs and polishes our customers precious jewellery pieces.

Miles has always had a passion and natural skill with dismantling and repairing things well before working at Bailey & Sons. In his late teens, Miles studied Mechanics and Engineering at Aylesbury College where his interest and skills in repairing was honed. He went on to work at a local Mechanics, before trying his hand working for the Forestry Commission at Wendover Woods. As much as he enjoyed his time in nature, he missed the more mechanical projects he had always enjoyed so much, thus joined Bailey & Sons when he was 20 years old and trained as a Watch & Clock technician, under Nigel’s experienced guidance.
