Charlotte joined her family business in 2005, becoming the fourth generation to continue its legacy.

Over the years, she gained invaluable knowledge from her father, Nigel, developing a deep understanding of both the jewellery industry and the values behind the family business, while also learning from the people around her along the way.

She is passionate about creating a welcoming and personal experience for every customer who walks through the doors.

Known for always going above and beyond, Charlotte takes pride in offering honest advice, genuine care, and building lasting relationships through her open and approachable nature.

Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding, attending exercise classes, and spending time with her spaniel, Molly, who occasionally makes special appearances in store.

Her passion for both people and the jewellery industry is at the heart of everything she does, and she is proud to lead a warm, supportive, and customer-focused team

Miles joined the family business in 2013, learning closely from his father, Nigel Hewitt. Over the last decade Miles has mastered his skill as our in-house watch technician and he also beautifully repairs and polishes our customers precious jewellery pieces.

Miles has always had a passion for dismantling and repairing various projects. In his teens Miles studied Mechanics and Engineering at College where his natural skills in repairing was honed.

Ciara joined our team at Bailey & Sons in 2024 and had 3 years Jewellery knowledge from 2021.

Ciara has gained vast experience within customer-focused bespoke, remodling over the last few years and her interest and passion within this shows.

Not only this but Ciara has a good eye for Social Media content and creates some eye catching videos of our beautiful pieces.

Christine is our bookkeeper and started working for Bailey & Sons in 2007. While you may not see her much in the shop, she is an incredibly important and valued member of our team.

Being the ever cheerful, lively person that she is, Christine keeps us laughing throughout our days and makes the most incredible sweet treats and best cups of coffee for our team meetings.

Christine is also a jewellery fanatic she takes great pleasure in treating herself to our lovely jewellery from time to time.

Darcie has been working at Bailey & Sons since 2018.

Over the years, she has become valued member of the business, with knowledge of bespoke & remodeling.

Outside of work, Darcie loves spending time in London, where she enjoys discovering stylish new places to eat and drink. She is always on the lookout for smart, upmarket restaurants with great food, cocktails, and atmosphere.

Store Assistant

Katie is currently studying A-Levels in Business, Politics, and Art at St Columba’s College.

During her time with us, she is gaining valuable work experience while developing her communication and organisation skills.

She is also currently working towards her Level 1 BASI Ski Instructor qualification which is her passion.

We are delighted to have her working with the team and look forward to supporting her professional development.

Tegan joined our team in 2023 and has become a valued member of Bailey & Sons.

Since joining us, she has gained huge experience in customer service, jewellery repairs, and our silver jewellery collections, while also developing strong knowledge of our stock systems and website.

Tegan studied Forensic Science at college for two years and is now continuing her studies in Forensic Science at university.

Although she is away studying, Tegan still works with us during university breaks and whenever she is back home.

She is known within the team for being super bubbly and proactive – always willing to support both customers and colleagues.
