Lead Times

Most of our products are in stock and available for delivery or collection, however, a small number of items have a lead time in order for us to prepare the item for sale or to receive it from our suppliers. The lead time is the estimated amount of time it will take before your order is dispatched.


All items are delivered via Special Delivery to mainland UK addresses. Please allow extra time if ordering over a weekend. Your order will be fully insured.

Gift Wrapping

We provide a free gift-wrapping service where we wrap your purchase in paper, finished with a bow, gift tag and bag. We use gold, silver, black or white patterned paper depending on the item and occasion. When ordering online, simply check the box “Add free gift wrapping” on your item and let us know in the order details at the checkout if it’s for a special occasion.


All online purchases can be refunded or exchanged if unworn or showing no signs of wear, excluding earrings for hygiene reasons. This must be done within 30 days of purchase.

If you return goods, either by post or in-store, please contact us beforehand so that we know to expect your return.

Goods returned by post or courier will be at your own expense, therefore, we recommend you send them via a signed and insured service. If your items are received in a satisfactory condition, we will aim to process your refund within 7 working days.

Collect in Store

Once we’ve received your order, a member of our team will prepare it for collection from our shop. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for collection. When you come to the shop we’ll ask you to confirm your order number and ask you to verify your address or contact details.

Please remember that your order will not be ready for collection until we notify you via email. Your order will be held for 5 working days, and if not collected, your order will be cancelled, refunded and returned to stock.

Orders placed after 2 pm will not be available to collect until the next working day.

Important Notes

Your order will only be processed during our opening hours: Monday – Saturday: 9am – 5pm

We do not store any of your card details, they are held by our payment processor, Stripe – view their Terms of Service. We store your order details for 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted from our system.
