18ct w/gold detailed diamond leaf pendant. Comprising top moveable bail set with 6 brilliant cut diamonds, attached to a single brilliant cut rubover set diamond which leads to a diamond stem. The leaves are a mixture of plain and diamond set including five rose cut diamond scattered in-between.
